We’ve all seen this iconic photo of this mother and her two young children laying down calmly as the attack went on on Nairobi’s Westgate mall. Here is a short video showing them being evacuated to safety. Notice the little girl did not let go of her freshly bought Bata paper bag containing her new pair of shoes.
it is so sad that the children actually knew they had to lie still, even the little boy must have known that something is terribly wrong, so he didnt move even a bit... it just makes me so sad.. children never should have experience such bad things
